How we refer to third-party brands, logos and product imagery throughout this wholesale catalog.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
01 / Ownership
Third-party marks belong to their owners
All product brand names, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, package designs, product images and other identifying brand features shown on this website are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website transfers ownership of, or creates any right in, a third-party mark.
02 / Identification
Used to identify the products offered
We use third-party brand names and logos solely to identify and describe the products referenced in our catalog, including for search, product comparison and sales-inquiry purposes. Their appearance helps buyers recognize the product being discussed; it is not a claim that ARQUENOR owns, created or controls the brand or logo.
Brand references may be presented in plain text, catalog data, product titles, images or packaging visuals. They are included only to identify the relevant product accurately and should be read together with the product-specific information supplied by sales.
03 / Relationship
Independent wholesale supplier
ARQUENOR is an independent wholesale supplier and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the fragrance brands referenced on this website unless explicitly stated. The use of a third-party brand name, logo or product image does not indicate affiliation, partnership, agency, sponsorship, endorsement or approval by the relevant brand owner.
Likewise, the presence of a product in the catalog does not mean that the brand owner has reviewed, approved or endorsed this website, its sales practices or any particular offer. Product availability and commercial terms are confirmed separately by our sales team.
04 / No license
No permission to reuse third-party marks
This website does not grant visitors any license or right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display or otherwise use any third-party trademark, logo, image, trade dress or brand material. Any use beyond viewing the site and evaluating the identified products may require permission from the relevant rights holder.
ARQUENOR’s own name, logo, website design, copy and original catalog materials are also protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reused without permission.
05 / Catalog accuracy
Product references may change
Brand references and product details are supplied for general catalog and inquiry purposes and may be updated, corrected or removed. They do not constitute a representation about a rights holder’s relationship with ARQUENOR, nor do they create a guarantee of product availability, authorization status or a particular commercial outcome.
06 / Contact
