Confirm current price and freight
Sales checks the selected products, confirms the current price and reviews shipping cost for your destination before you proceed.

Confirm and pay for your order
Once the quotation is confirmed, payment is arranged through the agreed transaction process.

Your order is packed and dispatched
After payment is confirmed, the sales team prepares the selected goods for shipment and arranges dispatch.

Receive your tracking details
Sales provides the tracking number once it is available, so you can follow the delivery.

Receive and verify your order
When the order arrives, check the outer packaging, labels and received items promptly. If anything does not match the confirmed order, contact sales with clear photos.
