Product Identification Guide
Fragrances can share similar names while differing in concentration, bottle size, product type or market version. The product list supplied by sales is the working reference for your inquiry: each row identifies a specific item and includes its current price and inventory information.
Use the sales list as the order reference
When choosing an item, use the complete row—not the product name alone. Capture the brand, product name, concentration, size, product type, SKU, requested quantity and the price shown in the list. This lets sales verify that the quote and order refer to the exact same product.
Read each item carefully
The fields that distinguish one fragrance from another
SKU
The SKU is the clearest reference for the selected item. Send the SKU or a screenshot of the relevant row when requesting a quote.
Concentration & Size
EDT, EDP, Parfum and other concentrations are different products. Confirm the exact size as well, such as 50 ml or 100 ml.
Product Type
Where relevant, distinguish retail box, tester, gift set, miniature or other product type before the order is confirmed.
Price & inventory
Request the latest sales list before confirming
The price and inventory shown on the list are connected to the specific product row, but wholesale pricing and availability can change. Ask sales for the latest list and have the selected SKUs checked before arranging payment.
Do not rely on an older screenshot, a similar product name or a previous quotation when preparing a new order. Sales can confirm the current price, available quantity and any relevant item details for the products you select.
